With me as your Designer on Demand, you can hand off
all your design tasks. . . for good.
That means no more wasting hours trying to make a halfway
decent graphic in Canva. . . or sobbing into a glass of Pinot Noir
because that sales page you spent 4 days working on looks nothing like what you pictured.
You pick your package based on your business needs and how much
design work you’d like to hand off.
I’ll set up a private workspace for you in Trello to assign tasks, communicate,
send your deliverables and share feedback. I’ll give you a tour of your Trello board to make sure your onboarding and our collaboration goes smoothly.
Then, you start handing off your design tasks to me!
I can take over all of your graphic design needs from Instagram graphics and Pinterest graphics to PDFs and slide decks!
WordPress is my jam! I can create and launch expertly crafted landing pages and sales pages whenever you need them.
This is great if you want to hand off smaller projects like all of your Instagram graphic design and the occasional landing page.
This is perfect for the constant creator. You’re posting on Instagram every day, recording new podcasts every week, you probably have some big launches lined up for Q4 and 2022.
I onboard clients on the 1st and 15th of the month. I’m currently accepting clients for November 1st start dates and beyond.
Through Trello. I’ll set up a private board in Trello for you to assign tasks, leave feedback and ask questions. If you have big project coming up and would like to schedule a call with me, that call will count towards your design hours.
I send a time report every Monday detailing how much time has been used and what I’ve worked on.
I understand that some months you’ll have more design projects to hand over than usual, like when you’re launching a new program. I do my best to hold space in my calendar for current clients when that happens. This will be a case by case basis. I’ll also never go over your hours without giving you advanced notice and confirming that you’d like me to work additional hours.
You must give at least 72 business hours notice of when something is due. I honestly work pretty quickly but this gives me enough time to ensure all my clients are receiving their deliverables in a timely manner. If you need something faster than the 72 hour turnaround, there will be a rush fee depending on the project.
Any unused hours expire at the end of the month.
